I had such a great experience here, especially as someone going through the car loan process for the first time. I was honestly really nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Ryan and Rick were incredibly patient and understanding from the start. They took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and made sure I actually understood my options. What stood out the most was how supportive they were. They really helped build my confidence in making this decision. Because of how comfortable they made me feel, I was able to come back with a co-signer and move forward without that same fear I had in the beginning. If you’re new to this process or feeling unsure, I definitely recommend coming here. They genuinely care about helping you, not just making a sale. 10/10 experience! I am so happy with my new vehicle and the service I received. Honorable mention: I had to go back to get my license plate situated and Ashley took care of me with no problem! all the staff here is so wonderful and nice, and just willing to help with whatever is needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for quality service and vehicles.

First of all, i have to say, Zach & Ryan are great! They helped me into a car that i needed not that I wanted because if I had got the car i wanted i would probably be unhappy, Zach listened to what I needed, down to every detail and found me the absolute perfect car, if that makes sense, anyway Both Zach & Ryan really understand the car business and are not pushy, which made me feel like I was actually being heard rather then just another sale! Props to them, I would recommend All-Star Carsales to anyone whos in the used car market, they will 100% work with you, I usually don't write reviews but, I'm that happy with my purchase and experience with them!

Was disappointed was just here and seen Ashley and again they didn't have what I was looking for and Seemed like she didn't care and after everything i just talked to here abt.and she is trying to sell my way above what I was looking for. Very disappointed and after all that didn't even care to get my information so if what I'm looking for comes in she could contact me. But she didn't do that like they don't need our business unless they can sell you what you don't want.

Wasn’t given a fair shot, wasn’t even given a chance, nor would they even run my credit. I walked out feeling shameful and disappointed.

Used vehicle had only 1 keybob was told they would get us another, never came thru.

I bought a car from this place. Less than 30 days ago, car has been in the shop. 3 times for the same thing. Be very careful shopping here they are not about their word and will leave you stranded as a caregiver that put me in a really bad Position.
